$400 per night + tax **Only available in the off-season -- after Labor Day weekend until before Memorial Day weekend**

Outside has decking all along the back and side of the house facing the lake with beautiful, unobstructed views. Outside stairs from deck allow access to the gently sloping pathway to a shoreline with tons of frontage, a firepit, and two private docks. Interior door leads to rec room in the garage.

For security, there's a locked door between the floors that will be closed when only the upstairs or downstairs is rented.

Upstairs sleeps 6 adults/children.
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed. The secondary bedroom also has a king-sized bed. The four season porch has a bunk bed that includes a twin bed on top, a full-sized bed on bottom, and a twin trundle bed. There are also a separate, full-sized bed next to the bunk bed.
There is additional room upstairs for air mattresses and/or sleeping bags brought along by the renter, but the number of persons staying at the house should not exceed what’s listed on the Rental Contract at any time.

Master bathroom has the only shower for upstairs. The second bathroom upstairs is a half bath with toilet and sink.

Full-sized kitchen and dining area upstairs with great views of the lake.

Kitchen has two sinks, dishwasher, electric stove, oven , and large refrigerator.  Island with breakfast bar and seating for 5.

Large dining room table seats 8 comfortably. You can watch television while eating your morning cereal, look out at the expansive lake views through the large picture windows, or use the conveniently located side door to take your coffee out on the deck.

Bonus Rec Room: The garage has been remodeled and turned into a 1,000 square foot rec room that will keep guests entertained for hours. It includes shuffleboard, air hockey, electronic dartboard, ping pong table, mini basketball shooting game, bumper pool table, various board games, video gaming systems, and a large television. The mascots on the walls represent the home states of the owners – WI and CA. Upstairs renters can access the rec room through an interior door.
