$500 per night + tax (Off-season); $600 per night + tax (On-season). **On-season is from Memorial Day weekend thru Labor Day weekend**
Spacious 5,000 square foot luxury home on upper St. Croix Lake. 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, spacious downstairs and upstairs living areas, 4 season porch upstairs, and remodeled rec room in garage.
Whole house sleeps 12 adults/children. If the number of guests exceeds 12, prior approval from the owner is needed and there will be a charge of $15 per person per night for the additional guests. The number of persons staying at the house should not exceed what’s listed on the Rental Contract at any time.
Outside has decking all along the upper level of the house, on the side facing the lake, with unobstructed views. Lower level has an easy walk out to a hot tub and an enclosed outdoor kitchen. There is also a gently sloping pathway to a shoreline with tons of frontage, a group fire pit, and a two private docks.
Upstairs has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and the master bathroom has the only shower for upstairs. The secondary bedroom has a king-sized. The third bedroom is located in the sunroom and has a bunk bed that includes a twin bed on top, a full-sized bed on bottom, and a twin trundle bed. There is also a separate, full-sized bed in the sunroom. The second bathroom upstairs is a half bath with just a toilet and sink.
Downstairs has 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed, a twin bed, and a fold-out queen daybed. Second bedroom has a king-sized sleep number bed. There is a large, shared bathroom with a spacious shower. There is a kitchen and dining area downstairs as well.
Bonus Rec Room: The garage has been remodeled and turned into a 1,000 square foot rec room that will keep guests entertained for hours. It includes shuffleboard, air hockey, electronic dartboard, ping pong table, mini basketball shooting game, bumper pool table, various board games, video gaming systems, and a large television. The mascots on the walls represent the home states of the owners – WI and CA.
We know the train is nearby, but the house was specifically built to minimize the noise so your stay will be enjoyable and quiet (light sleepers may hear some trains at night if in the master).
