Downstairs Only Rental

$300 per night + Tax. **Only available in the off-season -- after Labor Day weekend until before Memorial Day weekend**

The first bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a twin-sized bed, and a fold-out queen-sized daybed.  The second bedroom has a king-sized sleep number bed. The soft and comfy beds are perfect for a relaxing afternoon nap or a peaceful night's sleep.

The downstairs great room with it's large, comfy couch and big screen television is the perfect place for the family to gather in the evenings to watch movies or play games. Enjoy light snacks or a full course meal in the indoor kitchen and dining  area on the lower level. The windows and sliding doors flood the downstairs with light and a nice afternoon breeze.

Just outside the sliding doors is an enclosed outdoor kitchen and hot tub. The outdoor kitchen is equipped with a full sized griddle and grill. It's ideal for cooking a nice breakfast while you watch the sunrise or barbequing on a nice summer evening. The lower level also provides walk-out convenience to the fire pit at the end of a paved walkway with access to unlimited wood. We provide smores sticks so get ready to make the delicious, gooey treat.

The downstairs rental is a perfect place for a family get together, friends get-away weekend, or a winter snowmobile adventure. For security, there is a locked door between the floors that will be closed when only the downstairs is rented.

Bonus Rec Room: The garage has been remodeled and turned into a 1,000 square foot rec room that will keep guests entertained for hours. It includes shuffleboard, air hockey, electronic dartboard, ping pong table, mini basketball shooting game, bumper pool table, various board games, video gaming systems, and a large television. The mascots on the walls represent the home states of the owners – WI and CA. Downstairs renters can access the rec room through an exterior door on the side of the garage.
